Radere-A Process In The Weather Of The Heart

adere is mostly a drone artist who says that he uses processed recordings instead of synthesis.  The origin of the recordings is masked for the most part, but their beauty shines through.  The record shows a fascination with stasis, but not with the static, for his loops are always changing by minute details.  Their gradual transitions show not only a dedicated work ethic, but a real delight in the miniscule, in exactitude.  There’s a real shimmering quality to the recording – it practically burns as the drones change, letting new sounds in and old sounds out.  Occasionally it even sounds like glass breaking, or metal pipes being hit, which creates a rhythm for the drone.  Over time, the drone changes, slowly, painstakingly, and with totality.
